The longer 90 minute session allows for extra time to really dig into the knots and tensions of the body.

Each session starts with a consultation to assess the needs of the client followed by a massage.

In addition to the full body deep tissue massage, the 90 minute session has a longer face and head massage and the option for a singing bowl aided sound meditation at the end.
